Dak Nong Geopark won UNESCO recognition as Global Geopark

The 209th UNESCO Executive Board Session held in Paris in July 2020 approved Dak Nong Geopark as a global geopark. Dak Nong Geopark belongs to Dak Nong Province, Central Highlands of Vietnam. This event marks the third UNESCO geopark in Vietnam since 2010 alongside Non Nuoc Cao Bang Geopark and Dong Van Karst Plateau Geopark.
