Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken’s wings
  • ½ cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp almond oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp ground garlic
  • ¼ tsp ground ginger

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Grease the baking tray with cooking oil or line it with aluminum foil.
  3. Wash the chicken wings thoroughly, cut them into three sections, and coat them with wheat flour.
  4. Arrange a single layer of the wings on the tray and grill for 15 minutes.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, lemon juice, almond oil, sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Bring this mixture to a boil, then drizzle the sauce over the wings and grill for an additional 10-12 minutes.

Serving suggestion: Pair with steamed rice or vermicelli, and garnish with chopped green onions for added flavor.
