Ingredients

  • 1/3 pound chicken, boiled
  • 3 tbsp mushroom
  • 1/3 pound vermicelli
  • ½ cup red bell pepper
  • ½ bulb of onion
  • 1 blade of celery
  • 2 tsp of sugar
  • ½ tsp of pepper
  • Cooking oil

Preparation

  1. Chop cooked chicken into small pieces.
  2. Soak rice vermicelli in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside to dry.
  3. Wash fresh mushrooms and slice them into thin layers.
  4. Wash fresh chilies, celery, and onion, and slice them thinly.
  5. In a pan, heat cooking oil and sauté the celery, chilies, and mushrooms, then add sugar, pepper, and your choice of spices.
  6. Combine the sautéed vegetables with the chopped chicken and rice vermicelli.
  7. Serving suggestion: Enjoy this dish hot with fish sauce and chili sauce on the side.
