Chicken mixed with papaya

Ingredients
- ½ Pound chicken drumsticks
- ½ Pound shelled green papaya
- ½ Pound sliced medium - mature papaya
- 1 Sliced cucumber
- 1 Sliced tomato
- 1 Pound bean sprouts washed clean
- 2 Tsp of salt
- 2 Tbsp of sugar
- 2 Cups of vinegar
- Cooking oil
Preparation
- Boil the chicken drumsticks until fully cooked, then remove the bones.
- Slice green papaya and soak it in a mixture of vinegar, salt, and sugar for 1 hour to enhance its flavor and texture.
- Cut cucumber, tomato, and ripe papaya into small pieces. Combine these with bean sprouts and a dressing made from vinegar, salt, sugar, and cooking oil.
- Transfer the prepared mixture and the boneless chicken to a serving dish.
- Before serving, sprinkle with additional vinegar, salt, sugar, and a drizzle of olive oil. Stir well to combine.
