Chicken cooked with black bean

Ingredients
- ½ chicken or 3 chicken drumsticks
- 4 Tbsp black bean
- 1 Bulb of onion
- 2 Tsp shredded ginger
- 1 Tsp of pepper
- 1 Tsp of spice
Preparation
- Combine chicken with sliced onions, spices, ginger, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate pot, bring water and black beans to a boil. Let them cook for 20 minutes, then add the chicken and reduce the heat to low. Cook until the chicken is thoroughly cooked, ensuring it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Transfer the chicken and black bean mixture to a serving dish.
- Serving suggestion: Garnish with fresh coriander for added flavor.
