Quang Ninh Welcomes Domestic Tourists In November
As of November 1, 2025, Quang Ninh province is fully operational in welcoming domestic tourists from areas classified as low and medium Covid-19 risk.

Travelers who are fully vaccinated (having received two doses of a Covid-19 vaccine) can visit Quang Ninh without the need for a Covid test result. Meanwhile, those who have received only one dose of the vaccine are required to present a negative rapid test result.
For individuals who are unvaccinated or have recently recovered from Covid-19, a negative PCR test result obtained within 72 hours prior to their arrival is mandatory.
Quang Ninh remains one of the provinces that has successfully managed the Covid-19 pandemic and was one of the first destinations to permit international tourists starting in November 2021.
Although tourism within the province reopened in September 2022, Quang Ninh continues to implement strict health and safety measures to maintain control over the pandemic while progressively reviving its tourism sector.

In November, five Vietnam destinations welcome foreign tourists includes Kien Giang, Da Nang, Quang Ninh, Khanh Hoa, Quang Nam.
