Nearly 7,000 tourism workers in Quang Ninh will be vaccinated
From July 14 to 20, Quang Ninh province proceeds the 5th stage of the Covid-19 vaccination plan for the tourism workforce. The event started on July 14 with initial 500 doses of Covid-19 vaccine for 500 people for their first shots and is expected to finish on July 20 with 6,800 doses in total. The second shots are provided after 1 month then.
The vaccination plan this time is prioritized for those who work directly with tourists in daily life and who work in travel agencies, boats on the bay, accommodation establishments, etc. The Quang Ninh Tourism Department has coordinated with Quang Ninh Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital, the Tourism Association, and the Department of Health to guarantee the effectiveness and progress of the plan.

Among the complicated situation of the Covid-19 epidemic, Quang Ninh’s vaccination plan not only ensures locals' and travelers’ safety but also takes step by step in recovering the tourism industry in Vietnam in general and in the province in particular.
From November 1, Quang Ninh province restarts travel activities for domestic tourists who come from low and medium Covid-19-risk areas.
In November, five Vietnam destinations welcome foreign tourists includes Kien Giang, Da Nang, Quang Ninh, Khanh Hoa, Quang Nam.
On 4th September, 297 Vietnamese citizens with Covid-19 vaccine passports were repatriated from Japan on the trial flight of Vietnam Airlines to Van Don International Airport with the seven-day quarantine policy.
