Ingredients
- Seasonal fruits: kiwi, orange, apple, banana: 1 each; grape: 5
- 1 cup of sweetened yogurt or 1 tbsp mayonnaise.
Preparation
- Rinse all the fruits thoroughly and allow them to drain completely.
- Dice the fruits into small, uniform cubes.
- Transfer the diced fruits into a large bowl and gently mix them with yogurt or mayonnaise.
- Serve immediately, as the salad may become overly soft if left to sit for too long.
