Ingredients

  • 5 Bananas
  • 2tsp olive oil or corn oil
  • 3tsp honey

Preparation

  1. Peel the bananas completely.
  2. Heat a suitable amount of oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the bananas to the pan and fry them until golden brown.
  4. Wrap the fried bananas in aluminum foil and roast them in an oven preheated to 200°C (392°F) for approximately 10 minutes.
  5. Serve the roasted bananas drizzled with honey.
