Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City Arrival

Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat International Airport in Ho Chi Minh City, you will be greeted by our guide and transferred to your hotel in the city. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure. Meals are at your own expense. Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City > Cu Chi Tunnels

In the morning, visit the Notre Dame Cathedral, the historic Central Post Office, and the Reunification Palace. Explore the War Remnants Museum, followed by lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, embark on a half-day tour to the legendary Cu Chi Tunnels, originally built during the Vietnam War. Watch a short introductory video on the construction of the tunnels, then spend an hour exploring them. Enjoy tea and cassava, traditional food during the war. Dinner is at your own expense. Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City > Mekong Delta > Ho Chi Minh City

In the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel for a scenic journey along the National Highway. Visit Vinh Trang Pagoda in My Tho, take a leisurely boat ride along the river, and view stilt houses, fruit plantations, and fishing villages. Proceed to Tortoise Islet for lunch in an orchard garden. Take a boat ride to An Khanh, a less touristy destination in Ben Tre, and enjoy cruising in a hand-rowed sampan. Experience seasonal fruit and honey tea while enjoying local "Southern Vietnamese folk music." Visit a family-operated business that highlights the tranquil rural lifestyle. Wake up in this ancient city and enjoy breakfast at the hotel. Start your sightseeing tour by visiting the Citadel, the Forbidden Purple City, the Imperial Museum, and Thien Mu Pagoda. Day 6: Hue > Hoi An

After breakfast, depart the UNESCO World Heritage city of Hue for Hoi An, passing over the scenic Hai Van Pass. Stop en route to visit Lang Co Beach and Marble Mountain. Upon arrival in Hoi An, check in to your hotel and enjoy free time to explore the ancient town or relax on the beach. Meals are at your own expense. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 7: Hoi An Ancient Town

In the morning, embark on a half-day tour of Hoi An, where you will visit the Chinese Assembly Halls, the Japanese Covered Bridge, Phuc Kien Pagoda, and Tan Ky House. Enjoy free time for shopping or relaxation afterward. Meals are at your own expense. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 8: Hoi An > Da Nang > Hanoi

After breakfast, transfer directly to Da Nang Airport for your flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival, you will be met by our local guide and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy free time until it’s time to meet your guide for a Water Puppet performance. Dinner and overnight in Hanoi.

Day 9: Hanoi City Tour

In the morning, you will be picked up for a day city tour of Hanoi, including visits to the Ho Chi Minh Complex (Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ho Chi Minh Museum, The Presidential Palace, House on Stilts, and One Pillar Pagoda). Continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant and then visit the Vietnam Museum of Ethnology. Conclude the day with a walking tour through the Hanoi Old Quarter. Dinner is at your own expense. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 10: Halong Bay Excursion

Take a 3.5-hour morning drive to Halong Bay City. Enjoy a four-hour cruise on the breathtaking bay, stopping to explore one of the most remarkable limestone caves in the area. A delicious seafood lunch will be served onboard. After returning to the harbor, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Hanoi. Dinner is at your own expense. Overnight in Hanoi.
