Vietnam weather
Hanoi
Hanoi is currently experiencing a mix of weather patterns, with sequences of bright sunshine followed by sudden heavy rainfall. This fluctuating condition is expected to persist throughout the weekend. While some nature enthusiasts may find it quite romantic, it's important to be mindful of the risk of catching a cold, as the humidity can dampen the cheerful afternoon ambiance.
Tourists planning short excursions within Hanoi, or day trips outside the city to Bat Trang village or Huong Pagoda, will find these activities suitable for the current weather, provided they prepare accordingly.

Da Nang
Like Hanoi, Da Nang is expecting a mix of cloudy and sunny weather, making it suitable for most travel plans. We recommend visiting Son Tra Peninsula for a calming atmosphere and options for zen tourism. Alternatively, consider taking a taxi or motorbike to Hoi An, located about 30 km from Da Nang. Keep an umbrella handy for the likelihood of unexpected light rain showers.

Ho Chi Minh City
This weekend, the weather in Ho Chi Minh City may pose challenges for travelers. Those wishing to venture outside the city should consider taking a bus or taxi instead of a motorbike, due to high humidity levels that can lead to rain and thunderstorms. Rain can quickly lead to road flooding, so waiting for conditions to improve before heading out is a prudent choice.
Additionally, stop by a local fruit vendor to try some tropical fruits, including durian—it’s sure to be a memorable experience.
