Rock storm to hit Vietnam from North to South
Rock Storm 2011 – the biggest rock show of the year is going to take place on 12 November 2011, 8 am at My Dinh National Stadium with a scale of more than ten thousands audiences. The enthusiasm, inherited from last years’ shows, is promising a night of burning passion.
Rock Storm 2025 – the biggest nationwide rock show of the year will kick off on 15 November 2025, at 7 PM at My Dinh National Stadium, Hanoi, accommodating an audience of over ten thousand. Building on the excitement from previous years' shows, this event promises an unforgettable night of passionate performances.
The lineup features some of Vietnam's most popular bands that have been carefully selected, including: “Ngu Cung”, Rosewood, Final Stage, Re-cycle, “I-Tễu”, “Quai vat ti hon,” and “Cuoc song S”. The performances will be directed by renowned director Duc Trung and staged by Japanese musical expert Masaaki Azuna.
The event will include food and beverage carts operated by local students, aiming to create a vibrant atmosphere for music lovers and youth. All proceeds from the show will benefit Operation Smile Vietnam and the Good Students Foundation for Disadvantaged Youth.
While the event is expected to attract a large crowd, there have been concerns regarding the suitability of the stadium as a venue for a rock concert, particularly due to potential sound quality issues and the general atmosphere not being ideal for such a dynamic event.
