Phong Nha-Ke Bang voted one of the world’s best national parks in 2021 by Tripadvisor
Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park, a UNESCO-recognized global heritage site in Central Vietnam, has ranked 15th on the top world's 25 best national parks, nominated by TripAdvisor readers.

Phong Nha- Ke Bang National is also the only one Southeast Asia’s representative on the list of TripAdvisor.The result is based on the quantity and quality of worldwide traveller reviews and ratings on TripAdvisor’s website over an a-year period.
Phong Nha Ke Bang is also home to Son Doong - the largest and most imposing natural cave in the world. Thanks to its spectacular karst landscapes, the national park was approved as a global heritage site by UNESCO in 2003. In a total area of over 900 km2, it combines a cluster of over 300 limestone caves and grottoes that geologically formed 400 million years ago, 30 of which are now available for ecotourism.
Ranked 1st on the TripAdvior’s list is Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. The runner up is India's Jim Corbett National Park, while Maasai Mara National Reserve in Kenya is voted 3rd.
In order to promote provincial tourism, the authorities of Quang Binh province announced to cut in a half entrance fees to many caves including Son Doong – the world’s biggest natural caves in Vietnam by cross-section measure and also the most costly one.
On May 13, the world’s leading travel platform - TripAdvisor published the precious award named "TripAdvisor's Travelers' Choice 2021". Among plenty of categories, “Best of the best” and “Travelers’ Choice Awards” mentioned 26 resorts and hotels of Vinpearl – one of the most reputable Vietnamese hospitality groups.
Phong Nha, Hoi An and Ninh Binh continues to score high on top global travel list.
