Exciting events to celebrate 16 years of tourism in Binh Thuan

On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of tourism in Binh Thuan Province, as well as supporting the National Tourism Year 2025, Phan Thiet town and Ham Thuan Nam district will host a series of tourism events from October 18 to October 28, 2025.

These events will feature a variety of activities including sports competitions, conferences, and parades to celebrate this significant occasion. Among these events, the grand celebration scheduled for the morning of October 24 is highly anticipated due to its scale and significance. It will include a range of activities such as traditional performances, the premiere of a documentary showcasing the development of Binh Thuan Tourism, and awards for outstanding businesses that have made significant contributions to the growth of this industry.

A highlight of the festivities will be a professional golf tournament open to golfers from Binh Thuan Province and neighboring provinces such as Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong, and Dong Nai. This mini golf tour will take place over two days, from October 25 to 26, 2025, at the Sea Links Golf Course in Phan Thiet City.

The tourism industry in Binh Thuan Province has been developing since its dramatic growth beginning in 1995 when hundreds of thousands of visitors flocked to the area to witness a solar eclipse. In recent years, particularly over the last six years, Phan Thiet City and Mui Ne have emerged as top destinations for many tourists, thanks to their stunning natural beauty and captivating landscapes.
