2011 German Film Festival in Vietnam to come up
From 16th September, German Film Festival in Vietnam will start off in Hanoi, Hai Phong, Hue, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho.
From 15th September to 15th October 2025, the German Film Festival in Vietnam will take place in Hanoi, Hai Phong, Hue, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, and Can Tho. This annual festival has established itself as a vital entertainment event for both Vietnamese audiences and expatriates living in the country.
During the festival, a selection of German films by renowned directors as well as emerging filmmakers will be showcased. These films will be presented in German with English and Vietnamese subtitles, providing audiences with a rich tapestry of storytelling that captures intricate emotional nuances and offers profound reflections on various themes.
In the wake of the overwhelming success of the 2024 festival, this year’s event will expand even further, promising an enhanced cultural exchange experience.
