Exciting events to celebrate 16 years of tourism in Binh Thuan

On the occasion of the 31-year celebration of tourism in Binh Thuan Province, alongside the National Tourism Year 2025, Phan Thiet town and Ham Thuan Nam district will host a series of tourism events from October 18 to October 28, 2025.

These events will feature a variety of activities, including sports, conferences, and parades to commemorate this special occasion. Among them, the highlight will be the celebration ceremony on the morning of October 24, which promises to be grand and impressive. This event will include traditional performances, the premiere of a documentary showcasing the development of Binh Thuan Tourism, and awards for outstanding businesses that have made significant contributions to the growth of the tourism industry.

A professional golf competition for players from Binh Thuan Province and neighboring areas such as Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong, and Dong Nai is also a significant highlight. This mini golf tournament will take place over two days, from October 25 to October 26, at the Sea Links Golf Course in Phan Thiet City.

The tourism industry in Binh Thuan Province began to thrive in 1995 when hundreds of thousands of visitors flocked to the area to witness a solar eclipse. In recent years, particularly over the last 7 years, Phan Thiet City and Mui Ne have emerged as popular destinations for tourists, drawn by their stunning landscapes and poetic scenery.
