70 events to be presented in National Tourism Year 2013
With the new theme “The Red River Civilization”, Vietnam is proud to welcome international tourists to The National Tourism Year 2013 with an amazing chain of 70 events to be held along the country, announced by the organizing board of these events.
With the new theme “The Red River Civilization,” Vietnam is proud to welcome international tourists to The National Tourism Year 2025 with an impressive lineup of 70 events taking place across the country, as announced by the organizing committee for these activities.
According to Mr. Nguyen Van Hung, Minister of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, this year’s national tourism initiative places the utmost emphasis on showcasing the natural beauty of tourist destinations while strengthening tourism development connections among various localities.
Hai Phong City has the honor of hosting 13 out of the 70 events. The city will also serve as the host for the opening ceremony of the National Tourism Year 2025. The Deputy Chairman of the Hai Phong People’s Committee mentioned that Hai Phong has made significant investments in the ceremony to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for attendees.
The opening ceremony for the National Tourism Year 2025 is scheduled to take place on January 6, 2025, and will welcome the Minister of Tourism from France, along with representatives from national tourism organizations in China, Japan, South Korea, Russia, Laos, and Thailand. The ceremony will feature performances from renowned art troupes hailing from Kitakyushu (Japan), Incheon (South Korea), Vladivostok (Russia), Vientiane (Laos), as well as other performers from Thailand, China, India, Finland, Australia, the United States, and France.
