Can Tho Airport is a new modern civil airbase that was opened at the beginning of 2011.
Location
Can Tho International Airport, formerly Tra Noc Airport sets location in Binh Thuy District, serving as a major port for Can Tho City in particular and the Mekong Delta in general. Can Tho International Airport has 2 floors. The ground floor is used for arrival and the 1st floor is for departure. The airport can accommodate up to 3-5 million passengers every year.
The domestic terminal serves flights to Hanoi, Danang, Ho Chi Minh City, Danang, Hai Phong, to name a few. Those flight routes are exploited by popular domestic airlines including Vietnam Airlines, VietJet Air, and Bamboo Airways. Meanwhile, the international terminal serves flights to Bangkok and Kuala Lumpur by Air Asia and Taipei and Seoul by VietJet Air.
Can Tho Airport has two floors with two main areas: the right flank from the main entrance is used for domestic departure and arrivals; whereas the left flank is for international flights.

To access Can Tho International Airport, you can use taxi service provided by Taxi Mai Linh, Taxi Hoang Anh, Taxi Hoang Long, Taxi Can Tho, and so on. Thanks to the short distance from the city, Futabus and "xe om" are also good options at low cost.
