The magazine highlighted October as the beginning of Vietnam's dry season, a time when travelers can experience both "monumental natural spectacles and vibrant city scenes" throughout the Northern and Southern regions.
Condé Nast Traveler praised Sapa, a picturesque mountainous town known for its terraced rice fields and stunning trekking routes. The magazine also recommended Hanoi, where enjoying a cup of condensed milk coffee on the sidewalk during the cool, fresh autumn atmosphere is an unforgettable experience.
