Tripadvisor ranks Hanoi – Ninh Binh day tour in the world’s 15 best nature activities

Tripadvisor's Travelers' Choice 2025 has recently analyzed traveler reviews on a major US travel website over the past year to present the 15 best nature and hiking activities globally. Among them, the one-day tour from Hanoi to Ninh Binh province, which takes approximately 2 hours by car, proudly secured a place on the list.

Tripadvisor highlights the tour to Tam Coc – Bich Dong, a renowned boat tour on the Ngo Dong River lasting 2 hours, offering breathtaking views of limestone mountains and picturesque rice fields. The entrance ticket to Tam Coc is approximately $6 per person, while the total cost of the tour is around $85 per person.

Located approximately 3-4 kilometers from Tam Coc, Bich Dong Pagoda, an ancient temple set in natural surroundings, as well as Mua Cave, which is often referred to as the miniature Great Wall of China, are also highly recommended.
