Promote Danang Cuisine via a Livestream program

A Livestream program called “Da Nang Mam Mam” (which means Yum Yum Da Nang) will be held by Le Ha Huyen – the owner of Helen's Recipes Youtube channel coordinated with the Danang Tourism Promotion Center. The program aims to provide cooking demonstrations for typical delicacies of Danang, promoting Danang tourism in general and local cuisine in particular.

The Livestream will introduce the step-by-step recipes of Danang specialties such as Banh Xeo, Mi Quang, Bun Cha Ca, and some seafood dishes. Moreover, interesting stories related to these dishes will be shared, and some gifts are presented for viewers who win the quizzes in the show.

Vietnamese noodle Mi Quang 

Apart from learning the featured culinary of Danang, viewers absolutely can try to make them at home as the ingredients are very close and easy for you to find, especially very healthy. 

The Livestream takes place from 4 to 5 pm on Saturdays, July 10, 17, and 26 on Helen’s Recipes Fanpage (of Le Ha Huyen), Facebook, and Tiktok channel named Danang Fantasticity.
