Promote Danang Cuisine via a Livestream program
A Livestream program called “Da Nang Mam Mam” (which means Yum Yum Da Nang) is being hosted by Le Ha Huyen – the owner of the Helen's Recipes YouTube channel, in coordination with the Da Nang Tourism Promotion Center. The program aims to provide cooking demonstrations featuring traditional delicacies of Da Nang, showcasing the city's tourism and its rich local cuisine.
The Livestream will highlight step-by-step recipes for Da Nang specialties such as Banh Xeo, Mi Quang, Bun Cha Ca, and an array of seafood dishes. In addition to cooking techniques, engaging stories about these dishes will be shared, and prizes will be awarded to viewers who successfully answer quizzes during the show.

In addition to learning about Da Nang's culinary traditions, viewers can also attempt to recreate these dishes at home, as the ingredients are accessible and relatively easy to find, contributing to healthier eating.
The Livestream occurs from 4 to 5 pm on Saturdays, including July 12, 19, and 26, 2025, on the Helen’s Recipes Fanpage (managed by Le Ha Huyen), as well as on Facebook and the TikTok channel, Danang Fantasticity.
