International Flower Festival 2023 set to take place in Quang Binh
Vietnam’s central province of Quang Binh is set to host the International Flower Festival 2025, as announced by the Provincial Department of Tourism. This event will mark the second time the province of Central Vietnam has organized such an international festival, following its inaugural event in 2023.

According to the latest schedule, this year’s event will take place from December 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026. Spanning an area of 89 hectares in the Quang Ninh district, specifically in Hai Ninh commune, the festival is hosted by PAN Asia Co., in collaboration with Quang Binh International Exhibition JSC and Japanese event organizer Hakuhodo. The festival boasts a total investment of €122 million (approximately $148 million). Over the 183 days of the festival, it is anticipated to attract around 8 million visitors, including 2.5 million international guests.
Established in 1993, the festival is an annual event of The International Association of Horticultural Producers (AIPH), an international body focused on promoting horticultural producers and facilitating international garden and flower festivals or expositions. With its annual initiatives, AIPH aims to enhance urban environments globally and raise local awareness about environmental issues.
