Hanoi to have more electric buses for tourism purpose
Dong Xuan Company, the operator of electric buses for tourism in Hanoi, is set out to expand its service to old streets which boast French colonial architectural design tour.
Dong Xuan Company, the operator of electric buses for tourism in Hanoi, has successfully expanded its service to include the historic old streets known for their stunning French colonial architectural designs.
The newly launched bus routes are: Sword Lake-Hàng Bông-Lê Duẩn-Trần Hưng Đạo-Quán Sứ-Lý Thường Kiệt-Hai Bà Trưng-Hanoi Opera House-Sword Lake and Sword Lake-Nguyễn Du-Yết Kiêu-Trần Hưng Đạo-Quán Sứ-Lý Thường Kiệt-Hai Bà Trưng-Hanoi Opera House-Sword Lake.
These updated routes highlight the rich cultural, historical, and architectural significance of Hanoi's ancient streets, featuring top attractions such as the Hanoi Train Station, Quan Su Temple, Hoa Lo Prison, and the Hanoi Opera House. The journey covers approximately 8-10 km and takes around one hour, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the city's heritage. Dong Xuan Company plans to acquire an additional 18 buses and enhance the audio guide services while providing thorough customer service training for bus drivers. This new service is set to launch in December 2025.
