First Vietnam International Photography Festival launched in Ninh Binh
In 2025, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism successfully hosted the highly anticipated "Vietnam International Photography Festival" in Ninh Binh province, part of the "National Tourism Year 2025" initiative. This festival featured various engaging activities, including a logo design contest, a photo contest showcasing the stunning beauty of Vietnam's landscapes and people, as well as a series of insightful symposiums.

The photo contest invited participation from photographers of all skill levels, including both amateur and professional talents, as well as Vietnamese and international entrants. The submission period concluded on August 20, 2025, allowing each participant to submit up to 20 photographs. Out of the submissions, 250 outstanding entries were selected for display in the exhibition.
This event not only aims to elevate the profile of Vietnamese photography but also to enhance the representation of Vietnam on the global stage. The exhibition showcasing the selected photographs took place in December 2025, drawing significant attention from both domestic and international audiences.
