Asia’s 100 best restaurants call out Vietnam twice
Two Vietnamese restaurants have once again made a significant impact by being ranked among the top 100 best in Asia by William Reed Business Media, a renowned British business magazine, in their latest annual listing.
Specifically, Anan Saigon Restaurant, located on Ton That Dam Street in Ho Chi Minh City, holds the 39th position, while Tung Dining Restaurant, situated on Quang Trung Street in Hanoi, is ranked 98th.
Anan Saigon is celebrated for its innovative street food-inspired dishes crafted by Mr. Peter Cuong Franklin, a distinguished Vietnamese-American chef renowned for his extensive experience in world-class kitchens. The restaurant's signature dish, “Caviar Bánh Nhung,” features a unique fusion of traditional Vietnamese waffle cakes and French tart techniques, making it a must-try for visitors.

In contrast to Anan Saigon's location in a historic area, Tung Dining boasts a prime spot in the heart of lively Hanoi, providing easy access to several popular attractions, including St. Joseph's Cathedral and Hoan Kiem Lake. The restaurant captivates diners with an intricate 18-course dinner, masterfully crafted and presented by Chef Hoang Tung and his dedicated culinary team.
