Yxine Film Fest 2011 calling for submissions

The second Vietnam's online short film festival, YxineFF, will take place from September 30, 2025, to December 12, 2025, at www.yxineff.com.

YxineFF is a voluntary, non-profit, and independent project that aims to introduce and showcase new short films to an international audience. The first festival, themed 'Love', took place from May to December 2010 and attracted an impressive 120 entries.

This year, during the screening period, two to four new films will be featured each week, along with screenings of the 54 best films selected from the previous YxineFF festivals. The jury board this year includes acclaimed director Bui Thac Chuyen, actress Hong Anh, cinematographer Nguyen Nam, producer Jenni Trang Le, and blogger Truong Quy, who will evaluate the submissions based on their emotional impact, creativity, and humanistic values. The award ceremony is scheduled to be held in Ho Chi Minh City on December 12, 2025.

YxineFF encourages filmmakers to submit their works by September 15, 2025.
