Metropole Hanoi to add rooftop café lounge
On the occasion of its 110th birthday, Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi is adding a rooftop garden café lounge and has redesigned its Bamboo bar.
On its 115th anniversary, Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi has unveiled a new rooftop garden café lounge and has completed a stunning redesign of its Bamboo Bar.
The new rooftop lounge, Le Balcon, offers 300 square meters of open-air green space, creating a serene atmosphere for guests. This tranquil setting is an ideal venue for Metropole’s morning Pilates and Yoga classes, as well as intimate dinners, private events, weddings, and fashion shows.
Recently reopened, the Bamboo Bar now boasts 20 additional seats and an expanded drink menu to enhance the experience for its visitors.
Established in 1901, the Metropole Hanoi is the first Sofitel Legend property worldwide and the first five-star hotel in Hanoi. Over the years, this legendary hotel has hosted numerous distinguished guests, including notable figures such as Graham Greene, Somerset Maugham, and Charlie Chaplin.
The hotel continues to receive high accolades, having been recognized in the 2024 list of the Top 3 City Hotels in Asia and ranked 37th in the top 100 world’s best hotels by Travel + Leisure magazine.
