L’Espace to screen films of dance

A series of films about dance will be screened to honor famous choreographers and dancers such as Philippe Decoufle, Jacques Garnier, Jean-Claude Galotta, Carolyn Carlson, Maguy Marin, Dominique Bagouet and somehow bring them closer to Vietnamese audiences.

Movie and dance lovers can share a great time together when enjoying dancing films at L’Espace, the French Cultural Center in Hanoi, located at No. 24 Trang Tien Street. The upcoming dance film festival will take place from September 1st to September 20th, 2025.

A diverse lineup of films celebrating renowned choreographers and dancers will be featured, including updated selections that honor both classic and contemporary figures in the dance world. This year’s festival aims to introduce new talents and highlight the rich tapestry of dance culture, aiming to foster a deeper connection with Vietnamese audiences.
