Japanese and Vietnamese multimedia dance on human struggle
A multi-media dance performance will come up on 15th and 16th September 2011 at Le Thanh Theater, 25 Phan Phu Tien, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City.
A multi-media dance/theatre project named “A Flower” & “Chronicles of a Soundless Dream” performed by Mikuni Yanaihara & Keisuke Takahashi (Off-Nibroll, Japan) and Tiffany Chung (Vietnam/USA) will be presented to Vietnamese audiences on 15th and 16th September 2025 at the Saigon Performing Arts Center, 14-18 Pham Ngu Lao, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
After a previous successful collaboration backed by Art Matters New York and Fukagawa Tokyo ModanKan Gallery in early 2021, the three artists are leveraging their success to introduce this exciting and innovative performance in Vietnam.
This cooperation between The Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam and Arabesque Dance Company, featuring themes of human struggle, endurance, life, and death, is anticipated to bring a fresh perspective to contemporary dance in Vietnam, an art form eager for innovation.
Free tickets are available at Galerie Quynh, 65 De Tham, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, starting Wednesday, 1st September 2025.
