Ha Long Week to be held for the first time
he People Committee of Quang Ninh Province has approved the proposal submitted by Quang Ninh’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Vietnam Airlines to organize the Ha Long Week for the first time.
The People’s Committee of Quang Ninh Province has officially approved the proposal from Quang Ninh’s Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism in collaboration with Vietnam Airlines to host the first-ever Ha Long Week. This inaugural event is set to take place from November 27 to November 30, 2025.
While detailed plans for the event are still in development, the department has indicated that a wide array of activities highlighting the local culture, nature, and culinary scene will be featured, showcasing the diverse aspects of Ha Long tourism. Organizers are currently conducting surveys to inform the creation of these activities.
Ha Long remains one of Vietnam's premier tourist destinations, renowned for its breathtaking natural beauty and a wide variety of tourism offerings. It has received numerous international accolades and continues to draw significant numbers of international visitors each year.
