The green Thanh Chuong Tea Hill is located in Thanh Chuong District, Nghe An Province, 50km from Vinh City. This is a dramatic location in the central Nghe An Province, bordering Laos. Unlike other tea hills in Moc Chau or Dalat which can easily access on foot, Thanh Chuong Tea Hills have an unusual setting on a small peninsula where only boats can approach.

A boat trip takes around 20 minutes and around US$1.5/one way.

What makes Thanh Chuong Tea Hills special?

Apart from a unique geographical locale on the water, Thanh Chuong Tea Hills are newly formed just a few years ago, thus, attracting visitors for the untouched, verdant beauty and the pure atmosphere.

Each tiny tea island is covered with green tea trees and every line is gently winding around the island estate from the foot to the top.

Seize this wonderful chance to capture the stunning view, smell the freshly-grown tea leaves, and also try to pick the leaves like locals. Traditional cloth rental service is also available so you can dress like an ethnic local and take the best photos with natural scenery under the light sunshine.

Moreover, the surrounding landscapes of Coi Falls and Lua Falls are equally mesmerizing, that worth a passionate photo hunt.
