Bamboo Airways, Vietnam's fifth airline, continues to position itself as a hybrid carrier that expertly blends full-service and budget-friendly models. The airline has maintained a reputation for punctuality and high professionalism, earning its place among the top choices for travelers.

International routes
Bamboo Airways currently operates international flight routes to cities including Prague, along with popular destinations in Northeast Asia such as South Korea and Taiwan. By 2025, the airline has successfully commenced flights to Europe and the United States, including key cities in these regions.
Domestic routes
Domestically, Bamboo Airways offers flights to numerous provinces and cities across Vietnam, including Buon Ma Thuot, Can Tho, Chu Lai, Dalat, Danang, Dong Hoi, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Hue, Nha Trang, Phu Quoc, Pleiku, Thanh Hoa, Tuy Hoa, Van Don, and Vinh.
Notably, Bamboo Airways became the first airline to ensure direct flights from Hanoi and Thanh Hoa to Con Dao in 2020, a renowned island celebrated for its unspoiled beaches. The flight time is approximately 90 minutes one way. To elevate customer experience, the airline has continued to enhance its service offerings, including the introduction of a First Class Lounge at Con Dao Airport.

Flight Classes
Bamboo Airways offers three main flight classes: Bamboo Eco, Bamboo Plus, and Bamboo Business. Each class features different policies regarding fares, baggage service, seat assignment, rebooking, name changes, refunds, and provisions for children.
Baggage Allowance
Carry-on baggage:
Passengers in Bamboo Eco and Bamboo Plus classes are allowed to bring one carry-on item weighing up to 7kg. In contrast, passengers in Bamboo Business class can bring two items with a total weight of up to 14kg (maximum 7kg each). Personal items permitted include handbags, baby bags, food bags, laptops, and foldable strollers.
Checked baggage:
Bamboo Plus passengers are allowed one piece of checked baggage up to a maximum of 20kg, while Bamboo Business passengers can check one piece weighing up to 30kg without charge. Additional luggage fees vary between international routes and specific domestic policies.
Meals on board
Meals in-flight come with an additional cost, while mineral water bottles and cold towels are typically provided at no charge.
In-flight Services
In partnership with Touch Aero and Airfi Aero, Bamboo Airways provides an extensive in-flight entertainment system featuring more than 100 movies, video games, and TV series. Passengers can connect personal devices such as laptops, tablets, and smartphones to access Bamboo Airways’ entertainment library.
