Contrary to its modern English name, Highway 4 features traditional Vietnamese architecture, furnished with low bamboo tables and chairs. The interior is adorned with Thuy Mac artwork and images reflecting the styles of Vietnam's diverse ethnic groups, creating a genuine Vietnamese atmosphere for diners.
