At Waterfront, guests can indulge in a carefully curated menu crafted by skilled Western chefs and talented local cooks. Notable dishes include Lobster Tortellini with a unique fermented black bean sauce, Australian eye fillet accompanied by seasonal vegetables and potato gratin, and a fragrant coconut steamed rice. For dessert, don’t miss out on the rich New Zealand ice cream served in coconut, drizzled with refreshing passion fruit juice.
The bar at Waterfront boasts a remarkable 10-meter marble counter and expansive glass windows overlooking the river. It offers a well-rounded selection of fine beverages, featuring eight wines available by the glass, over 20 locally produced lagers and stouts, and refreshing San Miguel draught beer. Among the signature cocktails, the Lynchburg Lemonade remains a top recommendation.
