Vietnamese restaurants in the list of top 101 Asia’s best
The famous US food website Daily Meal has just selected five restaurants in Vietnam to be in the list of the 101 best restaurants in Asia.
The well-known US food website Daily Meal has recently updated its list of the 101 best restaurants in Asia for 2025, highlighting exceptional culinary experiences across the continent.
This year, five restaurants from Vietnam have made the cut, with four of them located in Ho Chi Minh City. "Lemongrass" is now ranked 18th, while "Quan Ngon" has moved up to the 24th position. "Hoi An" claims the 64th spot, and "Mandarine" is positioned at 88th.
The sole representative from Da Nang, "Le Maison 1888," retained its status, now ranked 53rd.
The selection process for this list involves contributions from food critics, writers, and seasoned expatriates throughout Asia and is based on a comprehensive evaluation of dish variety, service quality, culinary authenticity, and overall taste.
