VietJet Air to open new domestic routes
The budget airline VietJet Air is setting up new domestic routes from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, which are planned to be launched at the end of this year.
The budget airline VietJet Air has announced the launch of new domestic routes from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, which commenced in early 2025.
From Ho Chi Minh City, the new routes include flights to Vinh, which started on January 15, 2025; to Hue, which began service on January 22, 2025; and to Phu Quoc, offering flights since February 20, 2025. Additionally, the route from Hanoi to Da Lat launched on January 7, 2025.
In celebration of these new routes, VietJet Air is offering a total of 100,000 promotional tickets priced at VND 10,000 (approximately $0.42) for all flights, including both new and existing routes. The booking period for these discounted tickets is from January 1 to January 10, 2025, valid for travel from January to the end of March 2025.
Starting from January 14, the airline has also increased the frequency of flights on several high-demand routes, including HCMC - Nha Trang, Danang, and Hanoi – Da Nang.
