VietJet Air launched new air route to Bangkok
The budgeted airline VietJet Air has newly launched its first international air route Ho Chi Minh City – Bangkok during Tet Holiday.
The budget airline VietJet Air has continued to expand its international reach, notably launching new routes from Ho Chi Minh City to Bangkok, Thailand. This route offers a cost-effective travel option for both domestic travelers and tourists seeking to visit Thailand, particularly during the busy Tet Holiday season.
Currently, VietJet Air operates multiple flights daily from Ho Chi Minh City to Bangkok and has successfully expanded its international network with routes connecting Hanoi to Bangkok and Da Nang to Bangkok. The airline also introduced several other international routes, including flights to major destinations in Asia, which have been positively received.
Thai media views VietJet Air's international expansion as a significant step towards integrating with the greater Asian airline market. Although there have been past controversies, including publicity related to marketing strategies, the airline is now recognized for its commitment to improving its services and customer experience.
Established in 2011, VietJet Air has seen impressive growth as it continues to challenge competitors like Air Mekong and Jetstar, quickly becoming a leading choice for domestic travel, second only to Vietnam Airlines.
