UAE airline to launch direct route to Ho Chi Minh City

A recent announcement from UAE airline Etihad Airways confirms that the airline is now operating direct flights between Ho Chi Minh City and the UAE, a service that commenced in October 2015.
This route marks Ho Chi Minh City as the 6th destination in Southeast Asia for Etihad, joining other key locations such as Bangkok (Thailand), Jakarta (Indonesia), Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Manila (Philippines), and Singapore.
The introduction of this route is a strategic response from Etihad to the growing demand for air travel between the UAE and Vietnam. The airline aims to enhance commercial relations between the two nations.
