A newly updated English version of the tourist map of Hanoi Old Quarter has been released by the Tourism Information Technology Centre, featuring the latest information for 2025.

With an appealing design and user-friendly layout, the map acts as a valuable guide not only for international visitors but also for local tourists eager to explore the unique streets known as "HANG."

One side of the map offers an introduction to Hanoi, highlighting four principal districts: Dong Da, Hoan Kiem, Ba Dinh, and Hai Ba Trung. The reverse side is specifically devoted to the Hanoi Old Quarter. This map can be found in bookstores along Trang Tien Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi.

Established in the 11th century, the Hanoi Old Quarter has served as a trading hub where artisans and merchants from various regions gathered to exchange goods. It embodies the essence of Hanoi, characterized by its narrow, tube-shaped houses with sloping roofs, well-preserved communal houses, temples, and pagodas. Today, the Old Quarter remains an essential destination for tourists seeking to delve into the 1000-year history of Thang Long – Hanoi.
