More caves found in Phong Nha
Amazing Phong Nha – Ke Bang Park’s cave and grotto system (Quang Binh province in central of Vietnam) has just welcomed a new discovery on 22 caves, after an exploration of British Cave Research Association (BCRA). The beautiful news is released on April 1.
Amazing Phong Nha – Ke Bang Park’s cave and grotto system (Quang Binh province in central of Vietnam) has just welcomed a new discovery on 22 caves, after an exploration of British Cave Research Association (BCRA). The beautiful news was released on April 1.
According to Dr. Howard Limbert, Chief of BCRA, the caves are between 400m – 4km long and range from 60-100m wide, all remaining untouched and owning startling display of beautiful stalactites.
Phong Nha – Ke Bang cave and grotto system, first recognized as a world natural heritage site by UNESCO in 2003, is considered one of the most world splendid landscapes with the characteristics of the longest subterranean rivers, the highest and widest caves, the longest sand banks and the most beautiful stalactites.

Recently in very last days of 2011, two caves with astonished scenes were accidently found by some high-way construction workers in Bac Kan province.
