Macbeth on stage in Vietnam

According to the Vietnam Performing Arts Centre (Department of Performing Arts - Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) and ADGE, this late October 2025, both locals and foreign residents in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Da Nang will have the opportunity to experience a live performance of Shakespeare’s renowned tragedy, Macbeth, presented by TNT Theatre Britain.

• Ho Chi Minh City - Ho Chi Minh Opera House:
October 26, 27, 28, 29, 2025, at 8 PM
October 26, 27, 28, 2025, at 11 AM

• Hanoi - Hanoi Opera House:
October 31 and November 1, 2, 2025, at 8 PM
November 1, 2025, at 11 AM

• Da Nang - Trung Vuong Theatre:
November 4, 2025, at 8 PM

This marks the third time TNT Theatre has visited Vietnam to showcase their productions. Macbeth has been performed in over 20 countries, including the United States, Italy, Germany, Japan, Sweden, and Kuwait, and now it continues its journey through three Asian nations in 2025.

Macbeth is the shortest tragedy authored by Shakespeare, exploring the themes of regicide and its consequences. It has been adapted into film, television, opera, novels, comic books, and other forms of media. Despite being Paul Stebbings' first major Shakespearean production, it has achieved remarkable success in England, garnering international acclaim and multiple awards.
