A grand music show featuring opera and classical music performed by leading artists from Korea is set to take place at Hanoi Opera House on Sunday, December 21st, 2025.

The concert will feature both renowned Korean and international operas such as “The Rivers of My Mind” by Lee Su In, “New Arirang” by Kim Dong Jin, “Nessun Dorma” from the opera “Turandot” by Puccini, and “Italian Street Song” by Victor Herbert. At the heart of the concert are masterpieces of classical music, including "Concerto for Two Violins in D minor, BWV 1043" by J.S. Bach and "Piano Concerto No. 2 in F minor, Op. 21" by Frédéric Chopin.

The concert will showcase an array of talented Korean artists, including violin soloist Jae Jin Park, tenor Chang Jin Gyu, and soprano Chang Eun Yong, alongside prominent Vietnamese artists like pianist Tam Ngoc and violinist Minh Chinh, all under the direction of Korean conductor Lim Jun Oh.

Although opera originated in Europe and is highly regarded there, it remains relatively underappreciated in Vietnam. This concert provides a wonderful opportunity for both locals and international visitors to experience this prestigious art form.

Tickets are priced between VND 250,000 and VND 500,000 and can be purchased directly at the Hanoi Opera House (No. 1 Trang Tien Street). For more information, you may contact the box office at (024) 3824 2009.
