Free admission to Ha Long Bay during Tet Holiday 2012

Good news for all the tourists, who are interested in visiting Ha Long, Quang Ninh People's Committee has just announced that from Jan 23 to Feb 5 2012, admission to visit any attraction of this charming bay is free. It is considered as a "thank you" message to all travellers for their votes for Ha Long to be one of the  new seven wonders and also a gift for this Lunar New Year 2012.

 

 
 
 
 
Tourism activities in Ha Long Bay is free for all travellers at this Tet Holiday
 
Ha Long has been famous for a beauty spot for a long time and caught attention of numerous tourists all over the world. According to the statistic of  Quang Ninh provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the number of tourists coming to Ha Long in the last Lunar New Year reached about 5000 to 7000. Last month, the destination also welcomed the 6th million tourists coming to Vietnam in 2011.
 
The statistic further predicts that Ha Long is expected to draw 7,000 to 10,000 tourists coming this Lunar New Year as a consequence of being recognized as one of New Natural Seven Wonders of modern world. Also, this could be the result of a bunch of interesting activities in this period of the year,  which offer perfect chances for tourists to experience unique tourism value of the place and learn about the traditional culture of Vietnam.
