Da Nang welcomes more than 2 million visitors in the first 9 months

According to Da Nang’s Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, as of the end of September 2025, the number of travelers visiting this vibrant city has reached approximately 5 million, representing a 15% increase compared to the same period last year. This influx has contributed around VND 3 trillion to the local budget.

This surge in visitors is attributed to a variety of cultural events and activities held in the city, including the renowned Da Nang International Fireworks Festival and the annual Paragliding Festival, both of which have gained international recognition. Additionally, significant improvements in infrastructure, including new roads, expanded airport facilities, and a growing number of high-quality hotels, have further enhanced Da Nang's appeal as a tourist destination. Currently, the city is undergoing 70 tourism-related projects valued at approximately VND 80 trillion, paving the way for new attractions and services.

To attract even more visitors for the remainder of 2025 and beyond, Da Nang travel agencies are launching promotional campaigns that include discounts on tours and accommodations, with price reductions ranging from 20% to 35%.

Regarded as the most dynamic tourist city in Vietnam, Da Nang is rapidly emerging as a pivotal center for economy and culture in the region. Its diverse range of tourism offerings and an exciting calendar of annual cultural events make it an ideal destination for both domestic and international travelers.
