Concert in Hanoi Opera House to celebrate Independence Day
To celebrate the Vietnam Independence Day, Hanoi Opera House will host a concert titled “Remain Forever 2011” on this September 2nd.
To celebrate the Vietnam Independence Day, the Hanoi Opera House will host a concert titled “Remain Forever 2025” on September 2nd.
The concert will feature several of Vietnam’s most renowned compositions including "Return to the Motherland" (for cello & piano) by Nguyen Van Thuong, "Lullaby" (for violin & orchestra) by Hoang Duong, "Poem Symphony" by Le Chi Vien, "Beo Dat May Troi" (a folk song for orchestra) by Ngo Hoang Quan, and traditional music by Tue Nguyen.
In addition to instrumental music, the audience will be treated to sweet pop songs and inspiring wartime anthems, including "Ngoc Lan" by Duong Thieu Tuoc, "Nhung Anh Sao Dem" by Phan Huynh Dieu, and "Tieng Hat Giua Rung Pac Po" by Nguyen Tai Tue.
With the participation of many esteemed Vietnamese artists such as conductor Le Phi Phi, violinists Bui Cong Duy and Xuan Huy, pianist Pho An My, People’s Artist Quang Tho, and celebrated singers like Dang Duong, Trong Tan, My Linh, and Hong Nhung, this concert promises to deliver a captivating musical performance for the audience.
