The airline initially launched its route to Da Nang in early 2024 and now plans to enhance its service offerings by increasing flights between Vietnam and numerous regional cities. This strategic move reinforces AirAsia’s recognition of Vietnam as a promising market, bolstered by a consistent growth in international tourist arrivals across the country.
AirAsia has solidified its reputation as the leading low-cost, no-frills airline in the region and continues to pioneer affordable air travel throughout Asia. In addition to domestic services, it operates long-distance flights from Malaysia to destinations including China, Japan, New Zealand, South Korea, and Australia. As of 2025, AirAsia remains committed to expanding its footprint in the fast-growing Vietnamese aviation market.
