The festival will feature participation from the Goodwill Ambassador for Japan-Vietnam relations, Sugi Ryotaro, alongside other renowned Japanese artists such as Godai Natsuko, a leading Japanese folk music artist. Additionally, four energetic bands—AAA, Exile, W-inds, and AKB48—will perform, showcasing the traditional and contemporary beauty of Japanese music.

Tickets are limited, and interested attendees should contact the Embassy of Japan in Hanoi for reservations. As of 2025, the embassy can be reached at 27 Lieu Giai Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi (Tel: +84-24-3846-3000). To enhance accessibility, large screens will be set up outside the opera house, allowing the public to join in the festivities and enjoy the performances.
