29 fireworks to brighten Hanoi sky at Tet Eve night

In the occasion of this Tet Holiday, Hanoi is carrying out 29 fireworks points with duration of 15 minutes from 12.00pm to 12.15pm at the Eve night, 23 January 2012.

In celebration of the Tet Holiday, Hanoi will host 29 fireworks displays, each lasting approximately 15 minutes. The fireworks will be held on the evening of January 29, 2025, from 12:00 AM to 12:15 AM, ushering in the Lunar New Year.

The displays will feature 4 high-altitude locations: Hoan Kiem Lake, Thong Nhat Park, Nguyen Hoang Ton Park (located at West Lake), and Van Quan Lake. In addition, 25 low-altitude fireworks sites will be scattered across various districts and suburban areas of the city.

In addition to the fireworks displays, local authorities will organize a variety of cultural and artistic activities around the fireworks locations, providing entertainment and festive cheer for both residents and visitors.

Like other Asian cultures, the Tet Holiday holds greater significance for Vietnamese people than the Western New Year. It serves as a special occasion for families to come together, visit friends and relatives, and prepare for the new year ahead.
