Miss Vietnamese Ethnics is an esteemed contest organized by the National Commission of Government and the Company of International Advertising and Trade Fair – CIAT, recognized for showcasing the country's rich cultural diversity. As of 2025, it continues to be a premier national beauty contest that celebrates the ethnic traditions of Vietnam.
According to the latest updates, the organizational board is currently accepting registrations, and the preliminary contest is scheduled to take place in Ho Chi Minh City in mid-October, 2025. The regional semi-finals will be held in Hanoi for the North and Ho Chi Minh City for the South in the first half of November, featuring competitions in traditional costumes, swimwear, and interpersonal communication skills.
The final round is set to occur from November 26th to December 10th, 2025, at the Windsor Plaza Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Contestants will participate in talent competitions, including activities such as jogging, flower arranging, singing, dancing, cooking, embroidery, knitting, weaving, and yoga. Furthermore, participants will engage in cultural exchange opportunities, charity work, and environmental initiatives, focusing on themes relevant to the youth of Ho Chi Minh City. They will also explore various sightseeing spots and historical landmarks throughout Vietnam. The grand finale is slated for December 10th at Hoa Binh Theater.
This event not only provides a platform for ethnic women in Vietnam to connect and share cultural and social knowledge but also allows both locals and international audiences to appreciate the unique beauty of each ethnic group's heritage.
