2012 Southern Land Cuisine Festival in Ho Chi Minh City 25-27 May

2025 Southern Land Cuisine Festival is set to take place at Dam Sen Cultural Park in Ho Chi Minh City from May 26 to May 28, 2025.

The festival will feature over 50 food and beverage businesses from various provinces in the Central and Southern regions of Vietnam, showcasing their most unique dishes across 90 booths provided by the organizers. Each booth will be elaborately decorated to reflect the distinctive cultural elements of the regions represented by the exhibitors.

A highlight of this year's festival will be the competition among esteemed chefs from different areas, vying for the titles of “Southern Delicious Food” and “Fruit-Vegetable Sculpture.” In addition to the culinary competitions, attendees can look forward to numerous cultural activities, including traditional folk games and artistic performances.

Southern Land Cuisine Festival is an annual cultural event in Ho Chi Minh City, organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the HCMC Tourism Association, and Phu Tho Travel Company. The festival aims to provide a platform for Southern and Central communities to showcase their culinary excellence and diverse cultural heritage to the public.
